14 July, 2025 Michael Prentice spent time with me to share his in-depth knowledge of the local market in Rye and the real estate market more broadly, in the months prior to my property going up for sale. Michael’s insights were very valuable for my research and consideration. Once we started preparing to list the property for sale some months later, Michael proactively advised prospective buyers and buyer advocates within his network that the property would be listed shortly.
