09 May 2018 There is nothing more irritating that an agent pursuing you around a house that you're inspecting. Michael gave us space and time to inspect and discuss the property. In addition, I should point out that on two occasions he made himself and the vendor available for private inspections. In other words, he made it as easy as possible for us to buy the property - that's how a good agent earns his commission. Strongly recommended.
