Our small cottage in Rye was no million dollar property but it was treated like one by Michael and the team from Prentice's. It was neat and tidy and was presented honestly and enthusiastically by the agent to the section of the market that was recommended to us. A fair price, for us and the buyer, was achieved without any fuss and within a very reasonable time.

6 July, 2020  Michael is very easy to deal with. He quoted us a higher sales price than any of the other agents (underpinning his quote with examples of recent sales) and he delivered on that quote within 2 weeks. He also handled the sourcing of sales documentation and property inspections. Michael came over as a straight shooter who gets results. We chose Michael based on the experience a new neighbour had in buying his new property, seems he looks after the purchaser as well as the seller.

6th July, 2020  Michael and his team had my property listed over the very difficult period when Covid-19 first appeared and devastated the local real estate scene. I took advice from Michael about being patient as the market recovered, and as he predicted, a very satisfactory sale resulted. Michael is a very accomplished individual who conducts business in an ethical and professional manner without any of the high pressure sale tactics and manipulation we have come to expect from many real estate agents.

Looking for property in Rye when we live more than an hour away and work weekends was difficult in the fact that timing for OFI's was not always possible for us. Michael made it so easy for us to look at properties outside the 'normal hours' inclusing times when it was surely Michael's non work hours. He knew what we wanted and only showed us places that he knew would appeal, he knew our budget, he knew the locations that would be right for us.
