For example our property was renovated some 15 years ago, Michael was able to accurately tell us the name of the renovator and the renovators reputation. Our small cottage in Rye was no million dollar property but it was treated like one by Michael and the team from Prentice's. It was neat and tidy and was presented honestly and enthusiastically by the agent to the section of the market that was recommended to us. A fair price, for us and the buyer, was achieved without any fuss and within a very reasonable time.

31 December, 2019 Trusting an agent with your budget and with your best interests at heart = Michael Christodoulou. Looking for property in Rye when we live more than an hour away and work weekends was difficult in the fact that timing for OFI's was not always possible for us. Michael made it so easy for us to look at properties outside the 'normal hours' inclusing times when it was surely Michael's non work hours. He knew what we wanted and only showed us places that he knew would appeal, he knew our budget, he knew the locations that would be right for us.
