Well Michael Prentice, that went much more quickly than I ever imagined for a somewhat unusual house not in pristine condition but with its own leafy charm and a location near the sea. We are delighted that the new owners are a young family who will be able to appreciate their home's position with the reserve opposite and the easy access to the beach. Your excellent advertising paid off and saved us plenty of inspection days!

Michael is very easy to deal with. He quoted us a higher sales price than any of the other agents (underpinning his quote with examples of recent sales) and he delivered on that quote within 2 weeks. He also handled the sourcing of sales documentation and property inspections. Michael came over as a straight shooter who gets results. We chose Michael based on the experience a new neighbour had in buying his new property, seems he looks after the purchaser as well as the seller.
