It wasn't the easiest for him as it was outside his "area" of suburbs, but he just got to it, ran the campaign, found the right way to "show" the property, and results were won. During the time I was informed of progress all the way - daily updates .......and his help with gardeners and other needed people to keep the things running were terrific. I couldn't of had a better person at my side during what is a stressful time in life than Michael.  Again many thanks.

17 March, 2026  Michael is a very experienced local agent here with an excellent reputation. I gave him a brief that wasn't straightforward to achieve, that I preferred to find a purchaser rapidly in the difficult pre-Christmas period, understanding this might limit the price prospects slightly. Michael wrote a perfectly stated description of the property for the listing. In short order he had shown 4 couples through the property, all of whom seemed highly suitable prospective buyers for the property. One party was interested enough to make a realistic offer, which I accepted. There were some unavoidable delays due to Christmas as I needed to be certain of securing the property I was purchasing at another location. Michael and the purchasers were all very patient, and Michael was a great source of reassurance and advice to me during this tricky period of making the two sales line up correctly. Overall, Michael excelled in his duties and I would have no hesitation in recommending any prospective property seller to use Michael as their agent.
