21 June, 2023 We chose Michael Christodoulou because of his friendly personality. We never felt pressured. He seems a genuine "nice guy." At all times Michael communicated clearly and, it proved, wisely. Michael impressed us with his ability to listen carefully to our needs and concerns as vendors. His professionalism was evident in his suggestions on presentation and timing, enhanced by his personal knowledge of the market as he lives locally. Moreover, he cleverly picked the market with the accuracy of long experience and suggested a realistic price range in these times of economic uncertainty. He suggested an adaptation and negotiated skillfully with the prospective buyers. After each 'Open for Inspection' he immediately kept us informed of numbers of people through the house and their level of interest. All in all, he made the selling of our house a pleasant and successful experience.

9 January, 2023 Michael Christodoulou. Recently had to sort out my dad's property and in all that had to be done and collated, Michael together with Max and everyone at Prentice Properties was outstanding. When the day came to sign off on the sale of dad's home, Michael was very understanding and supportive to me knowing what I was signing was the end of something that had been in the family for 50+ years, and was not easy to say goodbye...but what can you do when there are other circumstances that are out of your control.

Well Michael Prentice, that went much more quickly than I ever imagined for a somewhat unusual house not in pristine condition but with its own leafy charm and a location near the sea. We are delighted that the new owners are a young family who will be able to appreciate their home's position with the reserve opposite and the easy access to the beach. This is the third property I have sold, with Michael as out agent. He is honest and gives a realistic appraisal of your property & the target group to aim for. He has been an estate agent on the peninsula for many years & knows the market very well. Of our three sales, one achieved a record price for the area which has not been matched. Michael is excellent to deal with, he really impressed us with his knowledge of not only the property market in general, but his in depth knowledge of properties on the Mornington Peninsula. For example our property was renovated some 15 years ago, Michael was able to accurately tell us the name of the renovator and the renovators reputation. Michael is not a pushy type person, he has an easy going manner and is genuine, sincere, knowledgeable, provides constant feedback, always available (even on leave) and most importantly, achieve results.

Our small cottage in Rye was no million dollar property but it was treated like one by Michael and the team from Prentice's. It was neat and tidy and was presented honestly and enthusiastically by the agent to the section of the market that was recommended to us. A fair price, for us and the buyer, was achieved without any fuss and within a very reasonable time.

Michael is very easy to deal with. He quoted us a higher sales price than any of the other agents (underpinning his quote with examples of recent sales) and he delivered on that quote within 2 weeks. He also handled the sourcing of sales documentation and property inspections. Michael came over as a straight shooter who gets results. We chose Michael based on the experience a new neighbour had in buying his new property, seems he looks after the purchaser as well as the seller.
